Fast forward 2 years in 2011 and Billy Mays is still making an impact at Halloween. It seems like people still want to emulate the smooth talking, neatly bearded pitchman at Halloween again this year. The pant and shirt sales have already begun and I know that the real Billy fans will be back at it again this year. All you need to dress up exactly like the famous pitchman is here. Way to go Billy, may there be many people out there honoring you again this year. RIP
